StockDue / field guide
Help and setup
A practical guide to reading stock, sales history, and replenishment signals.
Start a stock review
- Open StockDue from Shopify Admin and approve the requested Shopify access.
- Choose a plan. Shopify shows the price, billing interval, trial eligibility, and approval details before a plan is accepted.
- Sync the catalog, select tracked variants and the inventory locations to include, then sync accessible sales history.
- Run a risk review. Each result shows the available stock, observed demand window, and the saved lead-time and safety rules used.
Understand the numbers
StockDue reads the order history Shopify makes available (up to 60 days) and totals current line quantities by variant and date. Cancelled orders are excluded; removed or refunded quantities reduce net demand. Sales are store-wide; StockDue does not infer a sales split by location.
Inventory is counted only at the locations you select. Low-history and untracked products stay visible, but StockDue holds a positive reorder suggestion until there is enough observed data. Recommendations are for your team to review; StockDue does not adjust Shopify inventory or create purchase orders.
Plans and limits
- Starter Monthly: $39 USD every 30 days; up to 1,000 monitored variants and 1 location. Shopify may offer eligible first-time subscriptions a 3-day trial with a 100-variant trial cap.
- Growth Monthly: $69 USD every 30 days; up to 5,000 monitored variants and 10 locations.
- Growth Annual: $690 USD per year; the same 5,000-variant and 10-location limits.
- Pro Monthly: $149 USD every 30 days; up to 20,000 monitored variants and 10 locations.
- Pro Annual: $1,490 USD per year; the same 20,000-variant and 10-location limits.
Growth and Pro include replenishment CSV export and per-variant lead-time, safety-stock, inbound, pack-multiple, and minimum-order settings. Pro also includes supplier and budget planning plus adjustable risk thresholds. Limits apply to monitored variants and selected locations; archived or untracked variants do not become active monitoring entries.
Recover a sync
Open the task status in StockDue. Retry a task marked “Retry needed” or “Failed” after checking Shopify access and the store’s connection. Do not start a second sync while an earlier one is still running. If an interruption repeats, send the task type and visible error to StockDue support.
Manage or remove saved data
In the app, open Privacy and store settings to download a JSON archive or clear saved StockDue business data. Uninstalling the app stops work and starts the app’s deletion process. See the privacy policy for data details.
